Modular Water Tank Assembly Steps

Modular Water Tank Assembly Steps

  1. Floor Preparation:
The floor to be installed should be cleaned of factors such as oil, dust, dirt and cleaned from effects such as glass, metal pieces or concrete sprouts.
  2. Space Adjustment:
The installation area should be at least 50-60 cm clearance from the side walls and ceiling in accordance with the dimensions of the warehouse.
  3. Placement of Plinths:
Plastic plinths for the warehouse floor are placed in a clamped manner. Under each modular panel, 4 plastic pedestals are placed. In government tender projects, concrete or steel pedestals specified by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change can be used instead of plastic.
  4. Installation of Base Sheets:
Tank base sheets are placed on the pedestals. Corner fasteners and gaskets are attached to the joints of the sheets. Assembly is completed by tightening the bolts.
  5. Installation of Side Panels:
EPDM rubber gaskets are placed on the base sheets and the panels are mounted with the help of bolts. Panel thicknesses vary for each floor in multi-storey warehouses. Contact Santas sales team for detailed technical information.
  6. Installation of Corner and Tension Elements:
Corner brackets are placed at the corner points and tension fasteners are placed. After the 1st floor modules are completed in “L” shape, the 2nd floor assembly starts.
  7. Ceiling Modules Installation:
Ceiling sheet modules are installed and bolts are tightened. After the last panel is placed, the tension connections inside the tank are installed and all external bolts are tightened.
  8. Accessory Installation:
The entrance cover and ladder on the warehouse are mounted.
