The arm of the machine fills a mold mounted on it with polymer resin. The mold is closed using bolts or other mechanical clamping mechanisms.

The closed mold is continuously rotated on 2 different axes at low speed inside a closed furnace. The oven is heated using a preferred energy source. The resin melts and adheres to the inner surface of the mold until the inner surface is completely covered.

The mold arm then removes the mold from the oven while continuously rotating on 2 different axes and to a cooling station.

When the resin has solidified sufficiently, the mold is separated open and the molded part is removed.

Each individual product is produced according to a set and computer-controlled plan that determines the ratio of firing time, cooling time and rotational speed. Wall thicknesses and surface quality are closely monitored.
