VLDPE GEOEMBRANE PROPERTIES
It is a type of very low density polyethylene membrane with a range of 0.890- 0.914 g/cm3. VLDPE membrane contains approximately 97.5% polymer and 2.5% carbon black, antioxidants and thermal stabilizers. It is a type of geomembrane made of thermoplastic polyolefins with exceptional flexibility, weldability and mechanical properties. It does not contain additives that may cause breakage. Used for storage of drinking water. The flexibility ranking of polyethylene membranes is VLDPE in the 1st place, then LLDPE, and finally HDPE. Thanks to this feature, welding applications can be made more easily in turning details such as corners.

Widths are usually 2 meters, but can be made up to 2.4 meters for special preferences. Although their lengths are usually 50 meters, they can be made from 25 meters to 200 meters in special preferences.
