WAREHOUSE USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Place your warehouse on a level and flat concrete floor. All ground-related problems, damages, fractures and cracks are not covered by the warranty. Do not place your tank underground. Do not expose it directly to pressure under the ground. Since the pressure and pressure will increase even more with the effect of groundwater and precipitation, we also have special production tanks for underground instead of standard tanks produced for above ground. Please also request our underground tank burial instructions for our tanks purchased in this way and intended to be buried underground. Do not use your tank on soft ground such as soil and sand as pressure differences will occur. Make sure that there are no objects such as stones, iron and glass particles under your tank. Do not place any wedges, paving stones or rubber between the bottom of your tank and the ground. Do not place your warehouse on hollow floors such as iron gratings and pallets. In the warehouses to be placed on the platform, a diamond sliced sheet metal must be placed underneath to ensure that the floor is flat and level. Do not move or carry your tank while it is full. Frequent relocation of your tank even when it is empty will increase the risk of damage. Do not apply pressure other than the water installations connected to your tank. Do not impact your tank from inside or outside and do not climb on it. Always use a flexible hose between your tank and the fixed installation to be used. Clean the inside and outside of your tank at least every 6 months. Check the gaskets for fatigue. Check for factors that may cause breakage and cracking. Your tank has been produced for the purpose of keeping water in it; if a substance of different density (diesel, acid, adblue, etc.) is to be placed in it, get information from Santaş sales representative for tanks specially produced according to the relevant density. Do not carry your tank on the vehicle. Standard tanks carried on the vehicle are not covered by the warranty. Please get information from Santaş sales representative for the tanks to be carried on the vehicle, which are specially thickened according to the relevant tonnage. Do not put water in your tank at a temperature exceeding 40 °C. The outlet of your tank is reverse threaded. Fill the tank after making sure to tighten the loose outlet before use. The responsibility of the tank installation and connection parts belongs to the customer. Installation faults are not covered by the warranty. Have your installation connections and tank installation done by specialized personnel. The outlet on the tank is opened in standard size according to the relevant tonnage and thickness. Enlargement of the tank outlet should not be changed as it will increase the water flow rate. Additional outlets to be opened anywhere on the tank will reduce the strength of your tank. Enlarging the tank inlet / outlet connections or opening additional openings will shorten the life of your tank and cause your tank to be out of warranty. Check that adequate ventilation is provided for pressure or vacuum during emptying of the tanks, and that there is no excess pressure during filling and that your tank does not swell.
If otherwise, stop filling or emptying the tank. Do not apply air pressure (bar-atu) inside your tank. Results such as over-inflation or shrinkage/buckling of the tank as a result of malfunctions of the submersible pump placed inside the tank or the hydrophore installed in the outlet connection are not covered by the warranty of your tank. Damages caused by intentional interventions to your tank from outside (gunshots, knife strokes, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. Deformations caused by natural disasters such as flood, fire, earthquake, landslide and pest damage are not covered by the warranty. In case of transfer of the ownership of the warehouse to third parties (sale, gift, etc. of the warehouse), the product under the warranty of the original buyer will be out of warranty.
