Polyurea Coating

Polyurea is a waterproofing and floor covering material that is applied by spraying method with a two-component airless paint machine with A and B components, does not contain joints, makes projects ready for use in a short time thanks to its fast curing feature, and can work up to -20°C degrees. Polyurea can be preferred as pure polyurea and hybrid polyurea according to the condition and conditions of the place to be coated.

Sealant and Priming

Before the primer application, if there are horizontal and vertical joints on the application surface, polyurethane mastic is applied to the joints between the material joints and tiles. After the surface cleanliness is checked, epoxy primer application is applied with a roller or airless paint machine. Sandblasting is applied on the completed primer application.

Polyurea Spray Surface Preparation

The glaze layer on surfaces such as tiles, granite, marble, etc. is roughened by wiping with special wiping machines. The adhesion strength of the epoxy primer is increased. Concrete surfaces are wiped with a special wiping machine and mold marks and mortar residues on the floor are cleaned and the concrete is leveled. A smooth floor is prepared for insulation and the floor is cleaned from dust and dirt.
