PVC is one of the most amorphous plastics. So there is no crystallization. Therefore, it is completely transparent. In this way, plastic additives can homogeneously penetrate the structure of PVC and integrate with PVC. With these additives, the properties of PVC can be combined in different ways. In this way, it can be used in many areas. More than half of the world’s PVC is used in the construction industry due to its long life, resistance to atmospheric conditions and durability. With the selection of appropriate additives, PVC can be processed at 180-200°C without decomposition. Shape changes of this plastic alloy are possible at low temperatures. In this type of processing, raw materials are combined to extrude pipes, hoses, profiles, foils and plates. Wires are coated, insulated guide rails are formed into cylindrical shapes, finished parts are spray-cast and hollow bodies are formed by blowing.
Homogeneous PVC Waterproofing Membrane
PVC membranes, which are manufactured by melting and homogeneously shaping the mixtures obtained with stabilizers, plasticizers, and dyestuffs by extruder method, are unreinforced monolithic products that do not contain any reinforcement such as fiberglass, polyester, etc. They are generally produced in single color. It offers different color options. It is a soft PVC waterproofing membrane that can be preferred as UV resistant / UV resistant, unreinforced, combined with hot air welding.
Homogeneous PVC Membrane Advantages
Compliant with TS EN 13967 Standards, Easy and high quality hand welding, Resistant to plant roots, Dissolution and decay resistance, Fast and economical application with wide range of roll sizes, Elasticity, high dimensional stability and tear resistance, High quality strictly monitored by independent test laboratories and accredited production laboratories, Vapor permeable, Recyclable environmentally friendly material
