The technology we use allows us to be used in climatic conditions such as wind and snow loads that ordinary prefabricated structures cannot be installed. These structures can withstand up to 600kN/m2 (60,000kg-f/m2). Technology
Steel arch structures are the most effective structures for creating large volumes. They are lightweight yet maximally rigid and strong. By combining the static principles of arched structures with M-shaped panels, spans of up to 42 meters can be created. Our basic material is 350gr/m2 galvanized panels made of S350 structural steel with a thickness ranging from 0.8 to 2mm, selected according to climatic conditions and service loads. Panel connections are made with stainless galvanized steel bolts. Steel arched structures are mounted on the ground using steel dowels. Especially its light weight; Compared to other prefabricated and steel structures, light steel structure reveals its superiority. This feature provides serious advantages in both assembly and transportation. Its perfect static properties make it resistant to all climatic conditions and earthquakes up to 7 magnitude. Interior Lighting
The transparent panels (2800mm x 640mm) we use are mounted on the building surface. On the front and rear facades, transparent panel belts and normal windows can be used if desired. Insulation
The shape of our building allows many insulation methods to be applied to the interior surface. If desired, fireproof surface features can also be added with insulation application. Transportation
The basic parts of steel arch structures arrive on 800 x 3100 mm pallets. The number of panels that can create 100m2 closed area is stacked on a pallet. One truck can transport the material to cover approximately 1000m2 area. This provides a serious advantage in transportation. Assembly and anchoring
The assembly and anchoring process of these steel arched structures is quite simple. The steel arch structure is mounted directly to the concrete with steel anchor bolts. A very important advantage of our system is that it is lightweight steel and therefore does not require detailed concrete, slabs and tie beams as in other traditional structures.
This results in low infrastructure concrete costs and low transportation costs of infrastructure materials to the site. Anchorage elements are at visible points and visual controls can be easily performed. In addition, the accessibility of the anchors allows the structure to be easily dismantled and moved to another location at any time when deemed necessary. Front and rear facade surfaces
The front and rear facades of the building can be prepared in many different ways. The most commonly used and simplest method is to cover them with cantilevered trapezoidal panels, which can also be insulated. Another method is to be supported by light steel columns and covered with sandwich panels. The front and rear facades can also be clad with stone walls, concrete, wood or a combination of these materials at the customer’s request. Installation
The single row of rings that make up the building system are assembled on site with stainless steel fasteners. The single ring is lifted with the help of a crane, anchored to the ground and the connections with the other rings are prepared with stainless steel bolts. Measurement
This system allows us to build large span enclosures from 9 meters to 42 meters without columns and beams. Values such as width, height and length can be shaped according to your request and we can also produce intermediate dimensions.
