500 Liter Polyethylene Water Tank Production
Our vertical 500 liter polyethylene water tanks have 2 types of production methods, vertical and horizontal. One of them is produced with LLDPE raw material with rotation technology. It can be produced as single-layer, double-layer, three-layer and four-layer according to demands. The other method is produced with HDPE raw material by blow molding technology. This production method has a standard three-layer production. Our tanks are white inside, dark gray in the middle and blue outside. The inner layer of the water tank is white and provides food compatibility, the middle layer is gray and provides strength, the outer layer is blue and is the carbon layer that protects from the harmful rays of the UV sun. For quantity orders, the color layers can be changed according to customer requirements, e.g. white inside, gray in the middle and white outside. Our angular tanks are produced only with rotation technology.
