Dragon Fruit Cultivation

Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya, is harvested approximately 30 days after the tree blooms. Depending on the variety of the planted sapling, it is possible to get a maximum of 3-5 times a year. One of the answers to the question of how to grow Dragon Fruit (Pitaya), a tree resistant to plant diseases, is organic plant nutrients. If the plant is supported with organic supplementary nutrients and fertilizers, the mixture of alivion-containing soil and cattle manure in river and river beds will be very rich in organic matter. Each of the dragon fruit seedlings planted in February, March and April in the first spring period will give almost 3-5 young seedlings until the summer period. This is an event that needs to be strategically decided. If the plant is waited for sapling production and the sprouts are not pruned, the development of the main stem will be delayed, which will bear fruit later. Or these shoots will be cut at the initial stage of growth and the plant will be expected to ripen and bear fruit by continuous pruning method in order for the plant to develop and bear fruit in a natural process. This is a decision that the grower must make.
