DESCRIPTION PENFIX is a cement based, ready to use plaster mortar, reinforced with special chemicals, specially designed for PVC, ALUMINUM, STEEL DOOR and AIR CONDITIONER installation teams, which is water and moisture resistant, very practical to use, which can be used directly as a top coat in door and window plaster repairs in the parts of interior and especially exterior spaces that are combined with brick, gas concrete, briquette, exposed concrete, broken old and new floors. PRE-PREPARATION The surfaces where PENFIX will be used should be cleaned from grease and dust, and if possible, it should be applied by using corner laths. The efficiency will be higher if a mixer is used. The mortar, which does not form cracks, adapts to the previous floor. PENFIX Mortar should be finished by troweling with a steel trowel or sponge for the second time by slightly moistening 30 minutes after rough filling, not in one layer. To prepare the mortar on the surface where PENFIX plaster will be applied, water should first be placed in a container (approximately 4.5 – 5 liters of water will be sufficient for 25 kg ready mortar) and the mortar should be contacted with water by sprinkling PENFIX ready plaster mortar on it. The special mortar is ready for use after resting for 7-8 minutes before mixing and mixing again. WARNINGS PENFIX special mortar is ready to use. No additional material is required.
Watering a few times 8-10 hours after the PENFIX plastering process is finished will make the plaster more durable.
If PENFIX mortar is to be used in a thick layer, at least two coats should be applied.
The temperature of the application environment should be above +5 degrees. Avoid application in case of freezing.
Since PENFIX contains cement, prevent contact with skin. If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Then consult a doctor.
Do not stack your PENFİX ready-mixed plaster stocks more than 6 rows on top of each other. The shelf life of the ready-mixed mortar is 6 months in dry environments without humidity. PACKAGE It is sold as white in 25 KG bags. It complies with TS 7847.
