Santaş Focuses on Increasing Regional Dealerships
Santaş, whose main field of activity is insulation, but which also has various ancillary services, especially water storage, focused on increasing its regional dealerships. Murat Madenlioğlu, general manager of Santaş technological isolation systems, emphasized that in addition to preventing water from flowing down the drain, water storage has also gained importance. Noting that they are interested in alternative water collection methods, Madenlioğlu stated that they are working with the machine that can produce Turkey’s largest 3-storey polyethylene water tank and emphasized that they want to establish new dealerships. Noting that their three-storey products can produce water tanks with a capacity of 500 liters to 3 thousand liters, Madenlioğlu said that these products attract attention both at home and abroad. Madenlioğlu emphasized that this year they are focusing on increasing their regional dealerships and responding to demands in a shorter time and said, “We want to make our inflatable water tanks made of polyester PVC material, which are especially preferred abroad and can be placed both in the attics and in the open area, more widespread.” Madenlioğlu noted that new generation water tanks can store water between -30 degrees and 70 degrees without any problems. Murat Madenlioğlu explained that his company, which renews itself and aims to apply improved methods, continues the sales and applications of new technological insulation materials and nano-technological water, heat, sound and fire insulation isolation barriers and said, “We also started to apply negative water insulation with professional products. We apply insulation by solving the problems of dampness and even water leakage in walls and floors over time due to curtain concrete, basement floors foundation, elevator shaft, tunnel, building construction, insulation application that has not been done during building construction or made incorrectly or incompletely,” he said ” Glass jacketing is vital for buildings … Stating that waterproofing in buildings has basically started, Madenlioğlu said, “Finally, with the regulation published in the official gazette dated October 27, 2017, waterproofing has become mandatory in new buildings. In this way, we believe that healthier and long-lasting buildings will be built.” Madenlioğlu noted that the heat losses of the buildings do not end only with the insulation of the facade, drawing attention to the importance of glass sheathing, “The glass sheathing we make does not let in the infrared and harmful rays of the sun from the air. By preventing the heat burned inside from coming out, we provide a warmer air environment in winter and a cooler air environment in summer, while on the other hand, we prevent energy leaks.” Stating that with the heat insulation made in the glass, they also obtain widespread resistant glass, Madenlioğlu said, “This feature is more closely related to steel structures and the sector dealing with petroleum.” Emphasizing that sound and noise problems have become a problem that cannot be underestimated, Madenlioğlu said that they recommend special sound-insulated decorative wall felt coatings. Noting that one of the advantages of this coating is its thermal insulation feature, Madenlioğlu said, “With its sound absorption coefficient values and antibacterial properties, it is preferred in kindergartens, hotels, bars, restaurants, and movie theaters.”
