Manual method in the form of hand lay-up<br \/>\nAutomatic method with infinite straight angle machine (Filament Wound)<br \/>\nProduction Stages in Fiber Water Tanks<br \/>\nAccording to the place of use (underground or above ground), according to the product to be placed inside (water or chemical substance), the appropriate thickness and how many layers of fiber resin are determined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usually the stages are as follows;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isophilatic gelcoat is applied on the existing mold.<br \/>\nFiber resin is applied on it.<br \/>\nA layered structure is created to increase the strength.<br \/>\nReinforcing circle radii are wrapped to increase the strength in the body.<br \/>\nA breakwater structure is positioned inside the body if necessary or according to customer demand.<br \/>\nEntrance, exit and air manholes are opened at desired locations on the tank. Tank exits are opened as standard, but special customer requests are also evaluated.<br \/>\nA ladder is placed according to the tank size or depending on customer demand.<br \/>\nFor horizontal tanks, GRP feet are mounted on the body as much as necessary in accordance with the relevant tonnage in order to stand in balance.<br \/>\nFor conical fiber chemical production tanks, the platform and the necessary ladder are prepared.<br \/>\nCrane rope attachment places are opened when necessary for the convenience during shipment, unloading and placing in place.<br \/>\nFinally, the inner and outer surfaces of the tank are painted in standard colors or special color ral codes according to customer demand. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fiber_Warehouse_Advantages\"><\/span><strong>Fiber Warehouse Advantages;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Resistant against outdoor conditions.
