Special molds can be made according to the desired thickness for orders in certain quantities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Durability_and_Reuse\"><\/span><strong>Durability and Reuse:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Polymer construction formwork has become a preferred method instead of plywood because it can be nailed many times. It can be easily used in columns, curtains and beams and thanks to its flexible structure, it can also be used in circular curtain constructions. <\/li>\n<li>Standard plywood weighs 37 kilograms and exceeds about 40 kilograms when it sees water. But the new generation of plastic construction formwork remains light because it doesn&#8217;t get extra heavy. <\/li>\n<li>Thanks to its smooth surface, it does not stick to concrete and does not require the use of mold release oil. It can be easily cleaned with water and can be used over and over again since it can be easily separated during dismantling and no abrasions such as scratching and cracking occur. Damages, cracks, nail and screw holes can be repaired with sealant.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dimensions\"><\/span><strong>Dimensions:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard dimensions are 1.25 m wide and 2.50 m long. It can be produced up to a maximum of 10 meters in desired length with special production. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Synchronized_Use\"><\/span><strong>Synchronized Use:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perfectly matched when used in combination with plywood. It can be used throughout the four seasons, is not affected by precipitation and does not spontaneously warp when exposed to the sun. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Impact_Resistance\"><\/span><strong>Impact Resistance:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It is manufactured for work in the construction site environment and is resistant to hard impacts. It will not break easily if the personnel throw it hard or drop it from a height. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pest_and_Corrosion_Resistance\"><\/span><strong>Pest and Corrosion Resistance:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pests cannot damage new generation plastic construction molds.
